Jill Hennessy was born in Edmonton in Alberta, Canada on November 25th, 1968. She is one of Canada's most famous and wealthiest TV actresses. The actress was in Law and Order alongside Chris Noth. Hennessy is from Edmonton, Alberta. John Hennessy worked as a meat vendor and marketing executive. It was a job that required a lot of travel, which meant that the Hennessy family was frequently moved. The mother, Maxine was a secretary who quit the family in 1982. She left her daughter to be partially fostered by her paternal grandmother Eleanor living in Kitchener Ontario. Her twin sister Jacqueline is an American magazine writer, and her brother John Paul J.P. Hennessy Jr. was raised in Canada. Hennessy has a lineage that goes back to Irish French Swedish Italian on her father's side and to mostly Ukrainian Roma along with Austrian on her mother's side. She attended Grand River Collegiate Institute, Kitchener Ontario. She used to act in Toronto's subway. Her sister, Hennessy, and she made their debut as twin call-girls in the 1988 movie Dead Ringers. Gillian Anderson who played the character of Dana Scully, said that she was short-listed. She married Paolo Mastropietro in 2000. They have two sons.
